Renmin Law School to Launch Advanced Seminar on Legal Practices in Handling Crypto Assets in Cases, Stablecoins, and RWA
BlockBeats News, August 18th, the Law School of Renmin University of China launched an advanced seminar on the disposal of virtual assets involved in cases, stablecoins, and Real World Asset (RWA) frontier legal practices. It stated that in recent years, cryptocurrency as an emerging asset of the digital age has attracted wide attention from the industry and academia. The disposal of cryptocurrencies involved in cases is a key issue involving judicial justice, financial regulation, and technological innovation. Stablecoins and virtual currencies based on Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization have also gradually emerged. They have shown great potential applications in areas such as cross-border payments, decentralized finance (DeFi), bringing new liquidity and investment opportunities.
The Law School plans to host the Advanced Seminar on Legal Practices of Disposal of Virtual Assets Involved in Cases, Stablecoins, and RWA at Renmin University of China from August 29th to 31st, 2025. The seminar will systematically analyze the legal attributes, regulatory frameworks, disposal procedures, compliance processes, and investment opportunities of the above-mentioned digital assets to help practitioners respond to new legal challenges.
The curriculum includes: the legal attributes of cryptocurrency and regulatory policy dynamics, the disposal models and practical experience of cryptocurrencies involved in cases, legal compliance and regulatory dynamics of stablecoins and RWA, and more.
